MANHATTAN D.A. WON’T FILE FINANCIAL CHARGES IN WEISTEIN CASE: The Manhattan district attorney won’t charge Harvey Weinstein with any financial crimes, The New York Post reports. Prosecutors were looking into whether the accused rapist misappropriated money from his various film companies (including Miramax and The Weinstein Company) in a bid to silence accusers.
