GEORGE CLOONEY TAKING A STEP BACK FROM ACTING: George Clooney, 56, hasn't acted in a film since 2016, and he's OK with that. In an interview with The Sunday Times, the father of two said he doesn't need the money and admits that he's aged out of the classic leading-man role. "Look, I acted for a long time and, you know, I'm 56. I'm not the guy that gets the girl anymore," he said, before adding that at least he "shouldn't be the guy that gets the girl." In June, Clooney and his two business partners Rande Gerber and Mike Meldeman, sold their tequila company Casamigos for $1 billion, making the pressure to make mortgage payments infinitely easier.
