BEYONC SELLS MANHATTAN CONDO: With a new $26 million home in the Hamptons and an $88 million mansion in Bel Air, it appears Beyonc no longer needs her New York City condo. Variety reports the singer's Manhattan abode was recently sold to "a mysterious corporate entity" for the full asking price of $9.95 million. Bey bought the property in 2005 for $5.091 million. The three bedroom, 3.5 bathroom condo includes "bird's-eye views" of Central Park and the Upper East Side area of the city, along with the convenience of having a 24-7 doorman, children's playroom and "state-of-the-art" fitness space in the building itself.
THE CW DELAYS IHEARTRADIO MUSIC FESTIVAL SPECIAL AMID LAS VEGAS SHOOTING: The CW has decided to delay the airing of the 2017 iHeartRadio Music Festival special after the Las Vegas shooting this weekend. The festival was filmed in Las Vegas on September 22nd and 23rd. The Daytime Village festivities on the 23rd took place at the same location as the Route 91 Harvest Festival, where the shooting took place. "Out of respect to the victims of last Sunday's terrible tragedy in Las Vegas, and their families, The CW Network and iHeartMedia will be postponing this week's TV broadcast of the iHeartRadio Music Festival," the network said in a statement. "New broadcast dates will be announced at a later time." The was set to telecast both nights on Wednesday and Thursday as part of its fall launch. Repeats will now take over the 8-10 p.m. slots on both nights.
