P!nk is opening up about her incredible acceptance speech dedicated to her six-year-old daughter Willow at the MTV Video Music Awards when she accepted the Michael Jackson Vanguard Award, which was presented by Ellen DeGeneres.
Despite the amazing response to her touching speech, the 37-year-old said that her daughter wasn't that impressed. "My daughter was incredibly unimpressed by me," P!nk explained on The Ellen DeGeneres Show.
She added, "I was like, 'Babe are you excited about today? I'm going to win an award and I'm going to do a show.' And she goes, 'Exactly how many minutes after you sing does my sleepover start?' I was like, 'Dude, can you pretend to be excited for me?'"
P!nk also talked about her son Jameson, who was born last year. Many fans - and even DeGeneres - thought that her son was named after the whiskey, but not quite.
"My dad's name is James, my brother's name is Jason, and Carey's middle name is Jason," explained P!nk, adding, "We're both of Irish descent and we like whiskey."
To celebrate her upcoming birthday on September 8th, Ellen gifted P!nk with a wearable breast pump, and joked about the controversy that P!nk's adorable public breastfeeding pictures sparked.
In addition, P!nk participated in a round of Never Have I Ever with Reese Witherspoon. In the game, celebrities expose some surprising secrets about themselves, and this one was no different. It seems both women have snooped through their husbands' phones and "done it" in a public place, but Witherspoon revealed she has a secret tattoo that she regrets.
