So when the A-listers flew to England with their 6-month-old twins Alexander and Ella, they brought along noise-cancelling headphones for fellow first-class passengers and a personal note apologizing if the tots threw tantrums. “George was nervous,” a source tells Us. “But the babies didn’t even make a peep.”

FULLER HOUSE FOR EXPECTANT FATHER JOHN STAMOS: The 54-year-old John Stamos is about to become a dad for the first time with his fiance Caitlin McHugh. “We have the same morals and the same values, that all clicked nicely. So we said, ‘Oh, well, maybe we should have a family,’” Stamos, 54, told People in an interview released Wednesday. He says that he’ll “be a fun dad. I’ve been practicing for a long time. I’ve done every schtick you can do with a baby on TV … all the bits and jokes and diaper gags. I’ll probably just do all that stuff.”

MEGHAN MARKLE TO SPEND CHRISTMAS WITH PRINCE HARRY: Meghan Markle will be spending Christmas Day with Prince Harry and the royal family. It’s a history-making move, as she is the first royal fiance to celebrate the holiday with them. Buckingham Palace told reporters that Queen Elizabeth II and the family will join the congregation at St. Mary Magdalene Church at her private Sandringham estate in Norfolk on December 25^th. “You can expect to see the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, Prince Harry and Ms. Markle at Sandringham on Christmas Day,” a Kensington Palace spokesman told reporters on Wednesday.

MICHAEL CHE BECOMES SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE‘S FIRST-EVER HEAD WRITER: Michael Che just broke a significant color barrier: he became the first-ever black person to earn the title of head writer on Saturday Night Live. Colin Jost, aka Scarlett Johansson‘s boyfriend, was also named co-head writer. They are partners on “Weekend Update.” SNL current head writers, Bryan Tucker and Kent Sublette, will remain in place. This season is the second most-watched in nearly a decade.

ARTIE LANGE ARRESTED: Comedian Artie Lange was arrested Tuesday night at his home in Hoboken, New Jersey, after failing to appear in Essex County Superior Court for charges stemming from a drug arrest earlier in the year, according to reports. The 50-year-old Lange was charged with heroin possession in May.

HALLE BERRY & ALEX DA KID SPLIT: Dunzo. Halle Berry, 51, and Alex Da Kid, 35, have gone their separate ways after several months of dating, Us Weekly reports. Berry confirmed their relationship in September by posting a black and white Instagram of them snuggling up and captioning it, “My balance.” Berry has been married three times, most recently to Olivier Martinez, from 2013-2016. She has two children, Nahla, 9, and Maceo, 3.

ABC PULLS ‘GREAT AMERICAN BAKING SHOW’ AMID SEXUAL MISCONDUCT ALLEGATIONS: Don’t expect to find The Great American Baking Show on ABC’s programming schedule. The show was yanked amid allegations of sexual misconduct raised against Johnny Iuzzini, one of the show’s judges. “In light of allegations that recently came to our attention, ABC has ended its relationship with Johnny Iuzzini and will not be airing the remainder of ‘The Great American Baking Show’ episodes. ABC takes matters such as those described in the allegations very seriously and has come to the conclusion that they violate our standards of conduct. This season’s winner will be announced at a later date. Episodes of ‘The Great Christmas Light Fight’ and ‘CMA Country Christmas’ will take its place this week and next,” ABC said in a statement. The show’s third season debuted last week, with its second episode set to air tonight before the announcement.

TAVIS SMILEY’S TALK SHOW SUSPENDED BY PBS AMID SEXUAL MISCONDUCT ALLEGATIONS: PBS has suspended Tavis Smiley amid sexual misconduct allegations made against the show’s host and namesake, Tavis Smiley. The network confirmed the news about the 53-year-old talk show host and author’s program in a statement. “Effective today, PBS has indefinitely suspended distribution of Tavis Smiley, produced by TS Media, an independent production company. PBS engaged an outside law firm to conduct an investigation immediately after learning of troubling allegations regarding Mr. Smiley. This investigation included interviews with witnesses as well as with Mr. Smiley. The inquiry uncovered multiple, credible allegations of conduct that is inconsistent with the values and standards of PBS, and the totality of this information led to today’s decision,” PBS announced. Tavis has hosted the half-hour interview program, which has received four NAACP Image Awards, since 2004.
