Severe thunderstorm watch continued Tuesday in Kamloops and the Shuswap

KAMLOOPS — The severe thunderstorm watch that was issued yesterday for parts of the Interior is being continued this morning.

Environment Canada says we could experience thunderstorms at various times of the day.

Butler sentenced to 13 years in jail for killing ex-girlfriend

KAMLOOPS — A Kamloops man who pleaded guilty to killing his ex-girlfriend will spend at least the next 13 years in prison.

42 year old Christopher Butler was sentenced for second degree murder in BC Supreme Court this morning.
