For the latest installment in a series of features on small town BC, we head north of Kamloops. The final major port of call in the North Thompson valley before the Alberta border is a community of 2,400 people, more than half of them over 55 years old. Clearwater is a new municipality, incorporated only seven years ago, but it's seen its share of ups and downs.
