WolfPack drop second straight to Spartans in Playoff Preview

KAMLOOPS, BC — It appears the last weekend of the Canada West regular season has turned into a playoff preview.

The Thompson Rivers University WolfPack will meet up with the number one ranked Trinity Western University Spartans in the first round of the playoffs next week.

Spartans rally to take WolfPack to open final weekend of Canada West WVB

KAMLOOPS — The Thompson Rivers University WolfPack jumped out to a 2-0 lead but couldn’t hold on as they dropped a five set decision to the visiting Trinity Western University Spartans.  The scores on the Warner Rentals court at the Tournament Capital Centre were 22-25,23-25,25-19,25-22,15-10.

WolfPack men’s volleyball wins eighth in a row, sweeping Heat

KAMLOOPS, BC — At the Christmas break, the chances of the Thompson Rivers University WolfPack  making the Canada West playoffs in men’s volleyball were remote.

Now that is not the case. The WolfPack have virtually clinched a playoff spot after winning their eighth straight match.

Heat Sweep WolfPack Women in volleyball on Ken Olynyk Recognition night

KAMLOOPS, BC — The Thompson Rivers University WolfPack women’s volleyball team battled hard but fell short on ‘Ken Olynyk Recognition night’.  Playing the number one team in USPORTS, the WolfPack fell in straight sets to the University of British Columbia Okanagan Heat 3-0.
