Adam Donnelly

Adam Donnelly has deep roots in the North Thompson Valley. He was born and raised in Clearwater, and grew up watching CFJC News, before spending 8 years living, working, and studying in Kamloops.

Adam graduated from BCIT's Broadcast and Media Communications program in 2013, and immediately took a job at CKPG News in Prince George. He worked for two years in BC's Northern Capital; when not working, Adam spent many hours at the rink as the Media Director for the BCMML's Cariboo Cougars. In August 2015, Adam moved back to Kamloops to join CFJC News, as a Videojournalist.

Adam's a passionate sports fan, who enjoys covering local teams. One the highlights of his career, so far, is calling play-by-play for the Men's and Women's Hockey tournaments, during the 2015 Canada Winter Games.

Operation Red Nose hoping to close out 2017 on a strong note

KAMLOOPS — It was a busy weekend for Operation Red Nose ahead of Christmas.

Katie Klassen, Operation Red Nose Coordinator says the service has been kept busy, driving home holiday revellers throughout the Christmas season, with all donations helping the athletes of Pacific Sport.

KAMLOOPS — Last year, a pair of women were set loose on downtown Kamloops with a cameraman, a microphone and a deep, twisted love of Christmas. Well, they were back Friday, harassing and bothering people on Victoria Street, while trying to capture the spirit of the season.

Travel woes at Kamloops Airport result of bad weather across Southern BC

KAMLOOPS — UPDATE — Wednesday morning has so far been better at Fulton Field. The 6:00 AM Air Canada flight to Calgary was delayed for an hour, and some other flights have seen minor delays. But as of 6:45 AM, there had been no cancellations.
