ENDERBY — A North Okanagan man, who police say has been at large for several months, has been arrested in Enderby.

An officer spotted a man wanted on outstanding warrants, driving a motorcycle on Watershed Road Saturday.

“Upon spotting police, he quickly drove onto a rural property where he fell off his motorbike and fled on foot,” says Cst. Kelly Brett. “RCMP members quickly set up containment of the area and with the assistance of the Police Service Dog Unit and the Air Services Unit, the male was found hiding in a shed on a rural property and was taken into custody without incident.”

The 25 year old Enderby man remains in custody and will be facing possible charges relating to firearms, drugs and failing to comply with probation orders.
