Sun Peaks search set for Saturday for missing 20-year old

SUN PEAKS — A shuttle bus to Sun Peaks leaves tomorrow (Saturday) morning to take people to help in the search for missing 20-year old Ryan Shtuka.

Shtuka has been missing for almost a month now.

He left a house party in the early morning hours of February 17th, but did not arrive home.

Extensive searches of the area have proven fruitless so far. 

Kamloops resident Wendy Lefebve has organized the shuttle, which will leave the Fox n Hounds pub tomorrow morning at 8:00 AM, returning at 4:00 PM.

You’ll need snow boots if you’re going to help out. Sun Peaks will donate snowshoes and poles to the searchers. Tastefull Excursions is providing the transportation. 

     Tomorrow  would be Ryan’s 21st birthday.
