South Kam opens B.C. boys basketball with a win

KAMLOOPS — The South Kam Titans have opened the B.C. boys triple “AAA” basketball championship with a 58-51 win over Campbell Rivers Carihi.

Nick Sarai led the Titans with 21 points .

South Kam is seeded second — Carihi 15th.

The Titans advance to the quarter-finals against the winner between Duchess Park and Rick Hansen.

Rick Hansen defeated South Kam in last years final.

In the double “AA” tournament Sa-Hali has lost 93-43 to King George.
