Suspect arrested in Vernon Tim’s robbery
VERNON — A 32 year old man from Lethbridge, Alberta is in custody in Vernon, potentially facing numerous charges in connection with a number of crimes in the area.
RCMP say the man was arrested February 22 after a loss prevention officer saw a man matching the description of a suspect in a robbery at Tim Horton’s on 32nd Street two weeks ago.
A man walked into the restaurant just before closing time February 14 and demanded cash while threatening the employees.
He made off with an undetermined amount of money.
