Accused in 2017 Dallas killing appears in Kamloops courtroom for pre-trial hearing

KAMLOOPS — A preliminary inquiry has begun in a Kamloops courtroom for a man accused in a February 2017 homicide.

Stephen George Fraser is facing a single count of second degree murder in the death of 26 year old Cody Foster.

Foster was killed on February 11, 2017, his body found at an RV park near the BC Wildlife Park in Dallas.

The preliminary inquiry began Monday, and is scheduled to continue through the end of the week.
