KAMLOOPS — Another development in the Kamloops RCMP’s investigation of last week’s home invasion and drugs, explosives and weapons seizure on Badger Drive.

Cpl. Jodi Shelkie says the Crime Reduction Unit executed a search warrant in Westsyde on Jan. 19 in connection with the Badger Drive home.

“This residence is owned by the man who is renting the home on Badger Drive that police found firearms and explosive devices in on Jan. 18,” she says. “Numerous items were seized from the Westsyde residence and once the Forensic Identification Section has completed their investigation, police are expecting to recommend charges against the owner.”
