WolfPack women’s volleyball rebound for victory over Cougars

CALGARY, AB—If the Thompson Rivers University WolfPack women’s volleyball team were looking for a character effort, they certainly showed that on Saturday night (Jan 8) on the Kenyon Court at Mount Royal University.

The ‘Pack rallied from a first set deficit to down the host Cougars 3-1.  The scores were 19-25,29-27,25-16,25-20.

The two teams split their weekend series.  The WolfPack were led offensively for a second straight night by Yevgeniya Nyukhalva with 20 kills.  Rachel Windhorst added 15.

Both teams leave with identical 6-8 records.
