KAMLOOPS — Fire crews and RCMP both attended a fire on the South Shore early this morning as a pile of debris was set on fire near a home on Clarke Street, near 1st and Columbia.

Part of a fence apparently caught fire but fire crews got to it before more serious damage occurred.

RCMP were called in but at this time, it hasn't been confirmed that the fire was suspicious.
