Williams Lake Mounties investigate afternoon robbery

KAMLOOPS — Mounties in Williams Lake are seeking the public’s help in locating a suspect involved in a robbery.

Cst. Andrew Waters says on December 10 just after 4 p.m., police responded to a report of a robbery on the corner of Midnight Drive and Boundary Street.

“A man was approached by another man and was demanded to hand over his jacket and headphones.”

The man was described as:

• 25 to 30 years old
• About six feet tall
• 200 to 230 pounds
• Wearing a black hoodie and black jacket
