KAMLOOPS — Kamloops Pride wants your thoughts on this summer's first ever downtown pride parade.

The survey is aimed at pinpointing areas to improve and finding out what events could be added to Pride Weekend next year.

The ten question survey touches on the level of corporate presence, safety and accessibility, and whether residents and participants felt safe and included during the parade.

Residents are also asked to rate how much they enjoyed the dance parties and other pre-and-post parade events offered during the LGBTQ2+ celebration.

Hundreds of people and dozens of businesses took part in this year's parade in August.

Kamloops Pride President Kirstin McLaughlin says next year's event will be bigger and better.
