VICTORIA —    Police in Victoria are searching for a man suspected of sexually assaulting a female passenger on a transit bus.

The alleged attack happened on the night of November 11th, just before 11 o'clock, shortly after the man boarded the bus in downtown Victoria and before he got off (at Douglas Street near Hillside Avenue) just a few blocks later.

Video from the bus clearly shows the suspect, believed to be in his 40s, carrying a black back pack and wearing a dark zip up jacket with dark hood and dark denim jeans.

The female victim did not suffer any physical injuries and police are asking any other transit riders to come forward if they have information.
