Victoria rink wins Kamloops Crown of Curling

KAMLOOPS — Dailene Pewarchuk from Victoria won the Kamloops Crown of Curling defeating Patti Knezevic of Prince George 8-5 in the final.

The win was worth $4500 for the Pewarchuk rink.

Kamloops rinks skipped by Lori Olsen and Corryn Brown lost in the quarter-finals, while Karla Thompson did'nt make the playoff round after dropping a tie breaker to Knevevic.
