Storm cool the Heat in KIJHL

KAMLOOPS — The Kamloops Storm picked up their third win of the season, defeating the Chase Heat 5-2.

Hayden Dick had a goal and an assist for the Storm while Yewta Plamondon scored twice.

Erik Evans had the other Storm goal while Quinn Slezak and Josh Bourne replied for the Heat.

The Storm have three wins, nine losses and a tie for fourth place in the division, five points behind the 6-and-6 Heat.
