Blazers 0-and-5 to start the season

KAMLOOPS — The Blazers are 0-and-5 to start the season after a 6-3 loss yesterday in Victoria.

Ondrej Vala, Brodi Stuart and Garrett Pilon with his third of the season had the Blazers goals.

Max Palaga made his first career start in goal stopping 26 of 32 shots.

The Blazers are back home to play Prince George on Wednesday.

The Cougars picked up their first win of the season on Sunday — 3-0 over Portland.
