Kamloops, BC – The Thompson Rivers University WolfPack bounced back in a huge way on Sunday, September 17th against the Okanagan College Coyotes. They powered their way through the first game, winning 10-7 and pitched well in game two, winning 2-1.
Tyler Hodder (Fort McMurray, AB) started on the mound for the ‘Pack in game one. He tossed six innings, allowing four runs (three earned) on five hits and one walk. He struck out five batters and got the win. Qwinn Nesplak (White Rock, BC) threw 1.1 innings, allowing one run on two hits. When Nesplak was in a jam in the 8th inning, Justin Beaumont (Winnipeg, MB) came into the game and got a huge double play to end the inning. Bryant Jameus (Kamloops, BC) allowed two runs in the 9th inning but got the save.

Malik James (Toronto, ON) had a big game, hitting two two-run home runs. He finished 3-4 with two home runs, four RBIs and a walk. Second baseman Zac Comeault (Maple Ridge, BC) also hit a two-run home run. He finished 1-4. Josh Snider (Moses Lake, WA), Josh Hillis (Calgary, AB) and Liam Rihela (White Rock, BC) all had RBI singles. Connor McKenzie (Kamloops, BC) collected a double.

Dillon Ferguson (Kirkland, WA) got the win, throwing three shutout innings in relief. He struck out six batters. Josh Snider got the save, throwing two innings.
