KAMLOOPS — This Sunday at the former Stuart Wood Elementary, the annual Farm2Chefs Culinary Grazing event will take place. It’s a chance for foodies to enjoy some fare produced by local farmers and cooked by the area’s chefs.

Farm2Chefs has been around since 2010, with the mandate of strengthening the relationship between local producers and chefs. Sunday’s event, which runs from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm at the old Stuart Wood Elementary location, will see a number of local farmers and producers supply cooks from the likes of Romeo’s Kitchen and Spirits, Terra Restaurant, and the Noble Pig.

“You get to walk around, snack, eat – you get to sample the food we grow here in Kamloops,” Farm2Chefs board member Addie De Candole explained. “We have a wonderful abundance of food, and growers, and eaters. Farm2Chefs came about to celebrate our local abundance.”
