KAMLOOPS — Kamloops RCMP are investigating an accident involving a police vehicle.

Staff Sergeant Michael Grondin says a marked police vehicle and a car collided at the intersection of Sherbrook Street and 10th Avenue on the North Shore just before 9 p.m. Friday.

The man and woman in the car were sent to Royal Inland Hospital with non life threatening injuries.

Grondin says the police officer was uninjuried in the incident.

Kamloops RCMP are working with a southeast district collision analyst to determine what led to the collision.
