Venom hope to wrap up Junior Lacrosse title tonight

KAMLOOPS — The Kamloops Venom will try to wrap up their Junior Lacrosse series against Vernon tonight.

The Venom take a 2-1 lead in their best-of-five series against the Tigers as they play game 4 in Vernon. Game time is 7:30.

The first two games were split, and were won by significant margins, but the Venom took a narrow 13-12 win Friday night in Kamloops, and today’s game promises to be just as tight.

Game 5, if necessary, will be back in Kamloops Tuesday at Memorial Arena, again at 7:30 PM.
