Venom take early lead in junior lacrosse final

KAMLOOPS — The Venom are one up in the junior lacrosse final after an 11-6 win over the Vernon Tigers. Riley Peterson led the Venom offence with four goals and three assists. Game two in the best of five series is tomorrow night in Vernon.
