Coyotes owner apologizes to Shane Doan

KAMLOOPS — The owner of the Arizona Coyotes has apologized to Shane Doan.

Last month Doan was told in a short meeting with the teams general manager that he would not be offered a contract for next season by the Coyotes — the franchise he had spent his entire 21-season NHL career with.
