Kamloops athlete medals twice at Canadian Track and Field Championships

KAMLOOPS — Gret Stewart starred in basketball with the TRU WolfPack for four years, he’s a world standing volleyball champion and a former Kamloops Sports Council male athlete of the year.

He now has his sights set on Tokoy in 2020.

Stewart has just returned from the Canadian Track and Field championships in Ottawa, with two medals.

Born with only one arm,  Stewart competes in the para ambulatory events, where he took gold in the shot put and a silver medal in discus.
