Local developer buys Downtown Kamloops Value Village property

KAMLOOPS —  The site of the downtown Value Village has been sold.

Realtor Brendan Shaw says the lot on the 400 block of Seymour Street was recently purchased for $2.75 million by local developer Total Concepts.

He adds the purchase price included the land and building, adding the property is likely to continue being leased.

“Total Concepts full intention is to continue leasing the property in downtown Kamloops,” said Shaw. “Our office is actually in the process of listing that property available for lease so it should be on the market within a couple of weeks.”
