20th annual Boogie the Bridge biggest ever

KAMLOOPS — Sunday’s Boogie the Bridge marked the 20th running of the event. From humble beginnings in 1998, with just 62 participants in the inaugural Boogie the Bridge, the run has now become one of the signature events for the city of Kamloops, and it’s residents. While organizers didn’t quite hit the 3000 participant mark, as once hoped, it was the biggest Boogie ever, with 2,879 people taking part in Sundays festivities.
