NANAIMO, B.C. — The man charged in the hit-and-run that killed a Kamloops teenager last November is back in custody.

Court documents show 41 year old Jason Gourlay was arrested in Nanaimo Monday, and is facing two counts of breaching the conditions of his bail.

Gourlay is already facing charges in the Aberdeen hit-and-run that killed 16 year old Jennifer Gatey.

On March 10, Gourlay was released on $20,000 bail, with the condition that he would report to an addictions treatment centre.
