KAMLOOPS — Health Minister Terry Lake officially opened the new Northills Mall Primary and Community Care and Seniors Health and Wellness Centre this morning.

At the same time, Lake announced $90 million over three years for similar services in other communities across BC.

The Northills Mall facility will offer a range of different services, largely focused on seniors care.

In addition to helping those on the Kamloops primary care wait list, the centre will employ a team of physicians and professionals with special interest in geriatric care.
