Chase and Beaver Valley play for KIJHL championship

KAMLOOPS — The Okanagan Conference champion Chase Heat will play the Kootenay Conference champion Beaver Valley Nitehawks in the Kootenay International Junior Hockey League championship.

After dropping the first two games Chase rallied to defeat the Osoyoos Coyotes three-games-to-two.

Beaver Valley also won their series in five over Kimberley.

Game one in the best of five league final is tonight in Fruitvale.
