Police on the hunt for North Shore flasher

KAMLOOPS — Police are on the lookout for a man who flashed a woman earlier this week.

Cpl. Jodi Shelkie says it happened Monday night at about 10:00 p.m., as a woman was walking down Tranquille Road and noticed she was being followed by a man.

When she turned onto Wood Street, the man grabbed her by the arm, spun her around and exposed his genitals to her.

The woman then broke free of his grasp and ran away.

Shelkie says the victim was not injured, and there was no attempt at physical violence on the part of the culprit.

The suspect is described as: 

  • Race: Caucasian
  • Hair: Brown, with brown facial hair
  • Eyes: Blue
  • He was wearing a black workers jacket with a green hoodie underneath.
  • The hoodie and the pants he was wearing both had paint splattered on them.
