Jr. Blazers fall at B.C. bantam hockey championship

KAMLOOPS — The Burnaby Winter Club defeated the Kamloops Junior Blazers to take over first place in the round robin at the B.C. tier one bantam hockey championship in Kamloops.

Burnaby Winter Club is 3-and-0 while the Junior Blazers go to 2-and-1.

The Blazers rallied from a one goal deficit three times until Burnaby broke a 3-3 tie with goals 42 seconds apart just past the midway of the third period.

Logan Stankoven led the Junior Blazers with two goals and one assist.
