KAMLOOPS — It's serious crunch time for the Kamloops Blazers.

Kelowna beat the Victoria Royals 4-3 to open up a five point second place lead over the Blazers, with five games left.

Victoria now travels here for two games, tonight and Friday, and with the Blazers in danger of slipping to fourth.

The Royals have closed the gap to three points behind Kamloops, and with a game in hand.
