KAMLOOPS — Police are still concerned for the safety of a missing teenager.

17 year old Aislynn Hanson was reported missing on February 20, but was seen in Kamloops three days later.

RCMP weren't able to make contact with her at that time, but Cpl. Jodi Shelkie says police have received some more information.

"We do have an update to her clothing description. She was last seen wearing a navy blue Under Armour hoodie, black pants and tan Ugg Boots," explained Shelkie.

Shelkie says there is no specific reason to be concerned for Hanson's health or safety, but police want to touch base.

Hanson is described as:

  • Race: Caucasian
  • Age: 17 years old
  • Height: 5’1” tall
  • Build: Medium
  • Hair: Waist-length strawberry blonde

Anyone with information is asked to contact Kamloops RCMP at 250-828-3000.
