New Life ready for annual Christmas Eve feast

KAMLOOPS — New Life Community Kamloops is preparing for its annual Christmas dinner on Saturday, and staff say everything is coming together nicely.

New Life says it has plenty of volunteers for the dinner, which begins at 1 p.m. on Christmas Eve, serving a tradition holiday feast with turkey, stuffing, and potatoes. There will even be a group of carollers to sing Christmas songs for the guests. 

But the agency says monetary donations are always welcomed, with Christmas being its biggest fundraising time of year, helping to pay for everything from food to heating.
