KAMLOOPS — Environment Canada has issued a snowfall warning for the Coquihalla Highway between Hope and Merritt this evening.

The forecasting service says a system moving through the area is expected to bring that section of highway as much as 15 to 30 centimetres of snow.

The white stuff is forecast to continue falling through much of the day Tuesday.

Drivers are advised to prepare for reduced visibility and changing road conditions.
