VANCOUVER — An Amber Alert has been cancelled in British Columbia after a four-year-old Vancouver girl believed to have been with her mother was found safe.

Police were concerned for the safety of Delilah Felton, whose mother, 46-year-old Angela Hanley, allegedly took her from her guardian’s home Thursday afternoon in Vancouver.

Acting Sgt. Brian Montague says the child was located in nearby Surrey at about noon on Friday.

He says police were concerned about the girl’s safety because her mother leads a “high-risk lifestyle.”
