Pendrel reflects on dream mountain biking season

KAMLOOPS — It’s been quite a year for Kamloops mountain biker Catharine Pendrel.

After bringing home a bronze medal from the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio, she followed up by winning the 2016 overall World Cup title earlier this month, the third time in her career she’s accomplished that. 

Pendrel was riding in the B.C. Enduro Series Finale over the weekend at sun Peaks. CFJC Today caught up with her to chat about the event, and the season that was for the Olympic bronze medallist.
