All patients expected to live after car crashes into motorhome

Emergency crews were called out to Highway 97 around 12:30 this afternoon, Sep 17, after a motorhome collided with a car. 

RCMP on scene told CFJC Today a small red sedan occupied by two females crashed head on into the motorhome occupied by a man and a woman.

The accident occurred just north of Barnhartvale Rd. 

Kamloops Fire Rescue used the Jaws of Life on the car to extract the patients, who suffered serious, but not life-threatening injuries.

It was raining at the time of the accident, and the road was wet. RCMP say one of the vehicles may have been travelling to quickly for those conditions.
