KAMLOOPS — The provincial government seems to like the art being produced in downtown back alleys through the Kamloops Central Business Improvement Association’s Back Alley Art Gallery project.

Today, the province announced a $19,000 grant to keep the project going through the fall.

Murals are being created on alley-facing exposures of the Red Collar Brewing, Service Canada and Carlos O’Bryan’s buildings.

Completion is slated for October 21.
