RCMP seek backyard burglar

KAMLOOPS — Police are asking for the public’s help tracking down a man who helped himself to a number of items from a downtown backyard last week.

Kamloops RCMP say on Monday, September 5, at about 7:00 p.m., the man entered the backyard and made off with a number of items belonging to the property’s occupants.

They include a large tool bin, a portable fuel container, boat fuel tanks and fishing rods.

A surveillance photo shows the suspect is male, thin, about 5’11” and 35 to 40 years old.
