Emerald Centre an essential shelter in Kamloops

KAMLOOPS - It's a shelter in downtown Kamloops that can be a live-saving facility for the homeless who desperately need it.

The Emerald Centre offers 42 shelter beds for men and women all year round, and even more during the heart of winter when the temperatures drop below zero.
