WHITEHORSE — The premiers of Ontario, British Columbia and Quebec have agreed to allow online purchases of wine from each other’s provinces.

The deal will allow consumers to buy wine through each province’s liquor monopoly using an online portal.

British Columbia’s Christy Clark says the premiers haven’t uncorked sales entirely, but says they’re a little bit freer.

Quebec’s Philippe Couillard says the deal may not seem like much, but he promised more to come.
