Ocean Brands Tuna recalled by regulatory agency due to leaking cans

OTTAWA — The Canadian Food Inspection Agency says Ocean Brands is recalling some of its tuna because of leaking cans.

The products being recalled are six packs of Ocean Brands flaked white tuna and solid white tuna in 184-gram cans.

The CFIA says anyone who believes they have become ill from consuming the recalled product should call a doctor.

Any recalled product should be thrown out or returned the store where it was purchased.

There have been no confirmed illnesses associated with the consumption of these products.
