BC Lions end Camp Kamloops; optimistic for 2016 season

KAMLOOPS — B.C. Lions training camp has wrapped up in Kamloops.

This was the 7th straight year the Lions have held camp at Hillside, with one more year to go on their current contract with the city.

After a steady downhill slide since winning the Grey Cup in 2011, the Lions are going home to Vancouver for their final pre-season game against Calgary on Friday, optomistic that they’ve turned the corner.
