Downtown Cap Team making city better, safer

KAMLOOPS — You’ve probably seen them walking the streets of downtown Kamloops, performing any number of duties that seem to fall under their purview – The CAP team – which stands for Customer Care and Patrol – is there to serve as ambassadors for the Kamloops Central Business Improvement Area. Their job is to make sure people in the downtown core are safe, and have the best possible experience they can – so they’ll continue coming downtown to enjoy what the businesses in the area have to offer.
